Stone Ridge Village Filing no. 2 is 11 acres of single family home sites with similar lot sizes as Filing no. 1.   A continuation of the same intent to create an architectural theme that can continue throughout all of the construction with architectural control guidelines. 

Filing two has 35 lots with 15 lots at approximately 11,000 square feet with a standard frontage of 70 feet and an average depth of 158 feet.  20 larger lots average 15,000 square feet and are 105 feet frontage with 150 feet depth. 

 

The same building program from Filing no. 1 continues to Filing No. 2, to allow various choices to the consumer. 

Initial concept: Four foundation footprints with various floor plans relating to each footprint. ie base rancher with basement, possible use of cantilevers and bump outs to vary the plan.  Evolve the rancher to a 1 ½ story home and then a full two story home.  Each plan would offer a minimum 2 car garage and a three car option.

First Footprint - 1000 to 1200 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full.

Second footprint - 1200 to 1400 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full

Third footprint - 1400 to 1600 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full

Fourth footprint - 1600 to 1800 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full

The Covenants and Design Guidelines continued as well into FIling No. 2 from the first filing.
