Mt. Harvard Rancher

Mt. Harvard (156) Total square footage from 1,705 to 3,100 sq ft

Ranch style - 2 bedroom - 2 bath - 2 or 3 car garage - fireplace- unfinished lower level

The Mt. Harvard is our largest rancher. The foyer invites you into the home with a guest bedroom or study nearby. A private bath for the bedroom may be incorporated into this design. The Great Room concept shines here with plenty of space for formal dining or spread out the living area. The kitchen is the center of action, efficiently designed to allow a group to cook together and entertain. The island may be used for serving or food preparation. The master suite is secluded from the action of the residence as a retreat. A lovely spacious bedroom has an adjoining 5 piece master bath and delivers plenty of closet space.
